General Description: This is a very short trip of approximately 10 minutes starting through some Willow channels and then mostly Grade 2 to the Forth. A reasonable rapid precedes the junction with the Forth but beware if the Forth River is low, because there can be a considerable drop at the junction at times.

If doing this section it is preferable to continue 20 minutes down the Forth (Grade 1-2 water through pleasant farmland) to the Tas Canoe Club’s site (8km south of the Forth Village on C132) and exit there rather than doing the climb up and out at the junction.
